WHY DID I CREATE THIS?

To help...

I've spent thousands of hours (literally) figuring out how to go from being hideously out of shape to a super fit dad.

It's INSANE to me that most doctors don't even know this stuff...

And everyone needs to know it!

To make money...

I have 4 kids and a wife who are all very expensive.

Though some of my stuff is free, one of the main reasons I made Formula Body is...

TO MAKE MONEY!! (by helping people)

(How's that for brutal honesty? 😃)

I'm already doing it...

I do this stuff for myself anyway... I figured I might as well turn it into something useful for people.

After all, health is pretty darn IMPORTANT... it's time to end the confusion.

To give you a choice...

If you don't know how, maybe it's not your fault...

But now for less than the typical American's yearly Cheetos budget, fitness is a clear CHOICE you can make.
